3 yrs ago I replaced our 16 X 7 wood door with a steel insulated door made by CHI out of Ohio. I could not be happier! The door is steel inside and out.... 2" thk and polyfoam insluated for a R14 rating..... It's made a world of difference in the garage.... at that time it was 1K installed, not...

I added a wall mount laundry/utility sink to my garage about 20 years ago. Don't know what I'd do without it. Don't settle for one too small just for aesthetics.... I think you regret it over and over.

Yeah, I had a friend who put his RR under a stairwell.... he had plenty of room but miss-calculated the location of the stool.... so you had to "girl" pee (sit down) or do the Limba pee..... with a arc! So be aware of the "head" room!
