Mygarageone, go with porcelain. Ceramic does not have the harness ratings needed as inevitably you will drop a tool of some sort on the tiles and while you can easily replace a tile, you will get tired of doing so. Price for porcelain with a hardness rating of 4-5 if I recall my numbers...

What about going two colours? The bottom 3-4 feet a darker colour to hide scuffs better and the rest white?

Go with a Dremel. Unless you are in a business that needs a Foredon then the Dremel does a good job.

Trying out Kaizen foam for this first time. This pic is of my odds and end tools.

Got only an hour in the garage today. Got more tools installed into the Kaizen foam, connected internet to the garage (powerline ethernet) and unpacked the outdoor light for the man-door - to be installed tomorrow!

I just ordered a powerline ethernet solution and it works great. I am on satellite internet (Viasat) due to cable companies refusing to extend their lines a couple hundred yards. My Macbook runs great out in the garage, I can stream no problem.

Dryer sheets, mint extract work great. Mice and squirrels don't like the smell. For any vehicle I store, dryer sheets go on top of the tires, in the engine bay and on the floor inside.
