I hear that, it is really hard to find a top box without a flip up top and the center boxes never have enough drawers.

This is exactly what I was talking about, thanks! So is it better to bolt it in through the lid or glue the board on? I was thinking of using a thin sheet aluminum or steel so i guess bolts or rivets will be best. any suggestions?

I saw someone post a picture of a tray with tool clip mounted inside the lid of a craftsman three draw toolbox (or similar toolbox) on this site, any idea how they did this. I think they said they took the idea from the guys who worked in kart racing. any help would be greatly appreciated.
