Just found this deep in the back of one of my cabinets. Repair kits for 4" to 20" Adjustable Wrenches. Now P&C, Proto, Fleet, Vlchek, Challenger, Penens from what I remember the Adjustable Wrenches, were all made by Jamestown Mfa. in Jamestown , NY. for all of them in the 40s -70s I think

I saw Proto, Challenger, Penens, Vlchek, Fleet, Names stamped on the same tools they were all the same just the finish could be diff.

I started work at P &C October 1962 till June 1990. the P & C line was phased out in the late 70s to Proto when the Proto plant in Los Angeles was shut down then in 1990 Proto was moved to Texas I live about 1 mile from where the plant WAS it now is a Parking Lot ***************SOME of MY P&C...
