I may be asking this again but I've had the tool box for 2 years and all of a sudden the radio will not turn on. I removed it and it appears as though there is no power to the radio. Is this a ac or dc signa.? The radio is a dc so I'm assuming a converter of some sort is in the tool box?

I've had the kobalt with the pioneer radio for a couple years and all of a sudden the radio will not turn on ....no lights nothing. Anyone else with this problem?
