Got mine today- same deal- 4 large handles and two smaller ones. Still happy with the pricing. One looked like a return had some grime on the handle. I'm not complaining for the price.

I heard that the medical grade stuff is just regular cyanoacrylate with a purple dye in it. I've been using kimball Midwest super glue on cuts for 5+ years now.
