So I have a slat style table - built from inspiration from here. I still want holes. I want all the options, there are things like stops and corners that work better with holes than the slat gaps.

My main concern is the speed. When I run annuars on my mill I like to keep it down around 3-500 RPM. A Hougen HMD900 for example is 450 RPM, The Milwaukee is 400/900 dual speed, A Fein 137 is 130-520 RPM. If its spinning too fast it may cause the cutters to burn up, and even the cheap ones arent...

A frequent trick if it's too small - put a piece of regular heat shrink on the wire, the put the label one over that. If you cut the lengths right and use a good color combo it can look really slick
