it's been a little more than 3 years from my last post and i would like to say the shop is done buts it's not but its almost there. New power pole flying in it will have a 50 KVA transformer and with the 500's coming out of my 400 amp meter and the 4/0 service I have power...
It's been a while but a small update a lot of what I'm doing came from other builds so thanks.
I hung my engine stand to maintain floor space.
I've slowly insulated and installed plywood to a couple of the walls.
I picked up a new compressor two weeks ago. I'ts a Quincy 7hr 60 gallon
Here is a up date on the project. My wife picked out the outdoor lights for the shop I installed 3 of them on the front.
I have also built a loft in what was the space in between the two building. I removed all the stucco that was once on the out side of the new garage

I picked up an insulated door to put on the new shop because i had no idea the time frame on joining the shops together. The plan is to remove the insulated door off the new shop and replacing the door on the old garage.

It's been awhile but there has been quite a bit of progress. All the concrete is done and the very important drains and we started the tie in for the two buildings. I removeed the driveway drains you get at Homedepot 4 3/4" to a custom 12"
