Thanks for the replies boys. Lot's to consider and research. Virtually no flex on the back wall. I have used 2x6 nailed to 2x4 on edge, with hurricane straps screwed to the double header, then also screwed to the trusses all the way up the pieces meant for nailing the OSB to. Seems very sturdy...
