Looking For A Hand Pump For Metal Gallon Cans

Just go to Amazon and search "jug hand pump". Plenty of cheap options.

    SolarCity Inverter

The H6 was designed specifically for the Tesla Powerwall and only works it. There is no workaround, period. This is well known and a quick google before purchase would have shown this. Now that you have it, it can still be used as an inverter from your panel array to direct feed your house or...

Vintage 220V Electrical Motor Wiring Question

Put the cord and plug on it and use it. At worst, you will burn up the motor. Not likely to happen though.

    Insulation Ideas

I'm in Central Arkansas as well with a 30x30x12. Double bubble on walls and ceiling, no other insulation although the walls are covered in OSB. You didn't mention if you want to heat/cool full time or only when using. I only heat/cool when I am using the shop. I heat with a wood stove...

garage pull-down stairs - treated wood?

You got any example at all where a wood stove manufacturer states this? It's ridiculous.

Buying a new Sub Compact Utility Tractor

This is interesting as generally the single rocker pedal setup on Kubota is much preferred over dual pedals buy most people that have used both. Its actually a significant reason people choose Kubota all things else being equal.

    Siemens listed accessories don’t fit

There were several questions in his post, and instead of offering helpful answers, which I'm sure you know, you instead asked a question unrelated to his issue. He didn't ask you if his complete install was up to code or done how you would do it.

    Weatherproofing Nightmare (Barndo)

Here is the best image I can find on a quick search but you can see in this picture that there is an nailing fin/flange and the exterior trim is part of the window itself. The metal siding/r-panels are just cut to fit inside the existing trim very similar to how vinyl siding would be done.

    Weatherproofing Nightmare (Barndo)

The windows are often marketed as "self flashing/self trimming" windows specifically for metal buildings. Just about every garage and metal building supplier sells them.

    Weatherproofing Nightmare (Barndo)

Those are not retrofit windows for sure. What you are calling the the fin is not a fin. It is the external J channel. Whether they have an internal fin is yet to be determined.

    Weatherproofing Nightmare (Barndo)

I am pretty sure those are windows with integral J channel and are supplied by the building manufacturer as part of the kit. There will be a internal fin that is screwed to the metal window framing and then the metal siding is hung around the window. If you notice the top corner of the window...

Help finding a high tech 48 volt AGM charger

My last post, not trying to be argumentative, but look at the second picture in that listing. It clearly is just a lead acid charger. It will work fine, but no differently than the charger your scooter came with. The AGM in the title is just marketing. On a related note, not sure what type...

Help finding a high tech 48 volt AGM charger

There is not really a different algorithm to charging AGM vs lead acid batteries (yes, marketing material will say it does though). Some AGM, normally labeled AGM+, can handle much faster/higher charging rates than a normal flooded lead acid battery. These batteries are not common and certainly...

Help finding a high tech 48 volt AGM charger

Article is over 10 years old. As stated by many on this thread, charger technology has changed and any modern lead acid charger will charge an AGM just fine.

Help finding a high tech 48 volt AGM charger

AGM is a lead acid battery. The warning in the manual is so that people don't use it for a lithium battery. Manual is 100% correct.
