I was thinking the rolly chairs as well. As far as mini fridge, I'd like to keep a good stock of beer, water, gatorades, and cokes, that way I can grab it on my way to the job and not worry about it being cold.. How would you set it up?

This is absolutely incredible, I have to ask, have you considered the resale value? obviously to the right buyer it would increase it, but in general how does something like this affect it?

Hey everybody, new guy from north alabama. I grew up in a 13,000 sqft shop, and now that ive grown up and am an excavation contractor, i need one again. unfortunately i cant have 13000 sqft, and I don't want to build, as im in the housing market currently, but I'm out of room in our 3 car...
