I'll second what Shadowdog500 posted. Just finished up my airlines using that diagram and it works nicely. Some of the pipe fittings sucked...cheap Chinese pipe and fittings...

Mine came with a boatload of large shims. Didn't use any of them...spent a lot of time making sure the floor was level when we poured it. I'd trust the large shims but not sure of the washers.
