I answered my own question. The disc is threaded to the shaft. I used a craftsman rubber band wrench to hold the belt pulley and turned the disc counterclockwise to remove. I removed the pulley and used a plastic hammer to drive the shaft from the bearings. The bearings were frozen up, but...

I’m working on my belt/disc sander and the bearing seems stiff. I’m not sure how to get to it to lubricate or if necessary replace it. Does anyone have any information on this? Sorry for the duplicate photo, I can’t figure out how to delete it.
