after much review I elected to go this way, my floor gets used hard with maitenance on 3 race quads with stand, lifters and catored tool boxes etc. Finish is great and durable. used a sealer product and it keeps dust etc down to zero. One day to grind 650 sq feet, two days to do the sealer...
