I found this while getting some coupons on coupons.com. Here's the link plus attachment.

So if any of you need some multipurpose scissors on top of the other free items, there you go! I was able to successfully use it in the store.
The 20 piece stubby set is back in stock. I was able to successfully check out and am waiting for a shipping comfirmation. I also threw this in there:

You can pick up the Craftsman folding knife for $5 and the 50 pack of Craftsman blades for $6. Comes out to $11. Slightly cheaper than the Dewalt combo but 25 less...
The ABS light used to come on occasionally. I'd clean the wheel sensors and the ABS ring on the CV joints and it would stay off for a while. Then it'd come back on. I'd clean them, and same thing. Eventually I figured out it was the driver front by cleaning that sensor alone and driving. I put a...
I checked out the Cavaliers as well. All the compatibility manuals for the scanners also say they can only scan a 2000 or later Cavalier. I just wonder what is so different between the '97 and the '00. :headscrat
Thanks for the responses everyone.
The reason I need a scanner is because my ABS light is on. I'll check my local auto stores again just to double check.
Thanks again.
*Edit*
I wanted to ad that I have checked out most of the ABS code readers mentioned. However, when I check the...
I mentioned that one earlier. It's a great scanner for the price. However, by looking at the compatibility list, I saw it only covers Pontiac Sunfire's that are 2000 and later. I have a 1997. Amazon says "Covers all domestic vehicles 1996+" in the description but the manual says "Covers most...
I've called my local Autozone and Advance Auto Parts stores before. They told me that they only read the basic Check Engine codes, nothing ABS related. I looked at all of the code readers they had in the store as well. None of them will work with my 97 Sunfire. :dunno:
Hello fellow GJ users.
I mostly lurk on here. I don't post to much because I only do minor repairs on my car and don't have much to share. (I'm in college for something completely unrelated to wrenching.) It is always interesting reading things here though and I have certainly learned a...
Hmm. It looks like this same set was re-posted for an identical price by "another" ebay user named sam.pierce_7. Also shows as 10 available but the description is different. I don't want to post the link myself as I don't want to direct people towards a scam if that's what it is.
This account...
It does look like there is a complimentary set. But it isn't available anymore, even at grainger.

I didn't see a complimentary phillips set to this one, Pendragon. Right now this one is shown as a discontinued product so maybe there is a phillips set but they haven't brought it back around for whatever reason.
This set has gone in and out of stock as most sears products have, so it will...
He lowered these from $40 to $35 if that changes anyone's mind.
