    jvitez, The garage height is 14 feet - it was built with two doors - one single 12 foot door for an RV (one day ... still saving up!) and the other double door is low (the one the lift is behind) and it was installed with the tracks going to the ceiling. The lift has the 240v motor. Thanks...
