The "Bunker" garage is almost complete!

The Chrome browser has a plugin "photobucket hotlink fix" that circumvents the problem so you can see the pictures again.

Is there a garage version of server room floor?

Re: Is there a car version of server room floor? Would rotomolded hdpe pallets be an idea? There are versions that have a nice flat top and enough room underneath to run cabling and piping. I googled one that has a loadcapacity of 3000lbs. I am not sure a link to a specific company is...

Double garage with single door parking problem.

I had the same problem. I made a rolling platform myself. The attached picture shows the construction rather well. It can easily be pushed by one person. Drive the car on to it and push it out of the way. The thumbnail is on its side. Sorry for that. Greetings from the Netherlands

4 post lift as elevator to loft- ideal lift height 103"

The way this might work with a pallet truck is to first roll the pallet truck onto the lift. Raise the lift to the height of the trailer. Roll onto the trailer by using a small ramp. Lower lift. Push trailer onto the lift and raise the lift to the required height.

4 post lift as elevator to loft- ideal lift height 103"

If you search for "high lift" you can find lifts that you can park a motorhome under. Lower than double stacked but still at about 140". Could this help you or is this to tall?

    low celing- need a lift

To my untrained eye it looks like the rooftrusses depend on the floorjoists to keep from spreading outwards. I strongely suggest having a structural engineer looking at the concept of cutting a couple of floorjoists. You might otherwise end up with wider (and lower) roof than you anticipate.
