Hi Bob, not exactly sure what you mean by how the m7 3/8" drive NC-3611Q would work... but as far as breaking away the bolt and getting in the tight spaces... it'll do just fine. If you feel like you need a little more power but still need to get in the tight spaces for suspension or misc...
