Great Work..... I recently told a friend who built a small airplane..."I wouldn't really want to fly in anything that I built" and the same goes for a boat that I built. I am fortunate that others can build things that I Certainly would ride in!

Consider doors on both sides so can drive thru or in/out from either side without having to move other vehicles. Looks like one heck of a nice place to hang out with a lot of toys!
