Vortex sprayliner would fix your issue. I did a carport last year that had a room under it for protection. Also put it in our firehall with cracked concrete that leaked water into lower levels. Works great when a little flexabilaty is needed. Any color you want, any thickness you want.

The car is whiter than the floor, maybe an off white.

Most of the epoxy I have seen/felt underfoot here is slippery feeling. Must not have any non skid in it.

PL has a caulking self-leveling concrete filler. I bought some to try, the only thing is it takes awhile to cure, days.

Just a modified thinset is good. Latacrete has some beefed up thinsets but you pay more for it.

So its kind of a sealer then right? Good to help keep the salt out of outside concrete?

You are looking for cove base. It is either vinyl or rubber. You can get any color and different heights too. Alot of un-answered questions here....

Why pour another slab if your going to frame a floor? Just do a crawl and floor joist off your slab the height of your slab -3/4 for plywood.

Its also important to mix your thinset exactly. Too many people mix it wetter than it should be for ease of use but it makes the thinset weak bonding. Make sure you get good transfer on the back of the tile when setting, lift a set tile to see if it has suction. If the thinset is too dry it...

We have insurances to pay and licensing, truck etc. Its hard to make it at $5 sf. with all the costs involved. I could sell everything and work at walmart and probably make more.

Cement-all would work then, its a concrete grout and dries fast and gets hard.

A local sign making company could do what you need. I use grade A8 vinyl for logos.
