I have on junction box, it’s for the three outside lights, no 240.

    Need electrical help

Sorry guys been cutting grass. Nothing is tied to any 240 circuit they are all breaker to outlet. As far as wiring the gfci, put hot and neutral on bottom of the plug the load side the top to a pigtail to feed the next outlet. I have one of the circuit testers and both lights light up like it is...

Now on another circuit the tree outlets downstream are working and just the gfci tripped.

    Need electrical help

Yes the gfci tripped and the 3 outlets downstream were off, but the gfci was still hot. Hit the reset all call on.

It was hooked up in my other garage and never tripped a breaker, but there were no gfci's.

Also one time yesterday I have the radio plugged in to the gfci itself and a game on on regular outlet right next to it, it kicked off the fan but the radio was still on. Reset and the fan came on.

Hell now the table saw with it hooked back up is not tripping it.

    Need electrical help

Ok I did what you said and with the ground off it did not trip. When I was loosing the ground terminal I had the drill on forward and it tightened down some more. Would a loose ground have caused this problem?

Terry do I need to run 3 wire a neutral to the welder?
  13. K

    Need electrical help

So would that mean my table saw has a bad ground?

I plugged in the dust collector and so far it's not kicking them out. I'll keep messing with it.
