I can't thank you enough for this post. I have one of these in the trunk of my Rally Miata and I've used it PLENTY in mud. Needless to say, mine's in the same fail state and needs this repair!

You'll probably want a gauge that goes up to around 150. Ideally, your target PSI should be in the middle of the gauge.

I'm not experienced enough to tell you if that's soapstone or not, but I do know that's a *VERY HIGH QUALITY* sink. I have a chemist friend who did their entire kitchen with it and it came out wonderfully. Don't throw it out. Use it or sell it.

Guess my first post is going here. I organized my trunk tool kit and because it's below zero here in Iowa, I did it in my garage. For reference, I autocross, crashed, and now rallycross (and soon ice race) my 1999 Miata. I take apart my suspension on a regular basis since I'm still testing...
