Does anyone else use a torque wrench when tightening the drain plug? I never used to, but have adopted the practice.

Hi guys, my dad recently gave me a Michelin 3.5 ton floor jack that he came across but it's missing the handle. Anyone know a good place to get a replacement from? Here's the jack:
