I have the 240V model of the Northern Tool heater. It works pretty good in a 2 car garage. Just be sure to turn it on 30 minutes before you are going to work out there. It's so small you can store it anywhere the other 10 months that you don't need it.

Cool hobby. I will post pics of what I find at my girlfriends house. Her Dad has tons of stuff from 1960s and '70s. He did a lot of metal work and furniture restoration so there has got to be some cans there. I collect license plates. If I find some good cans for you maybe we could swap for some...
