I painted the first 4 feet up from the ground a dark gray to hide the rubs, scuffs etc. The rest of the walls and ceiling are white.

Totally agree, whether it is a shed or garage - you tend out outgrow them in a short amount of time.

This is where I would start if I were you. Look into a couple of management companies and compare the costs as well as what you are getting for your money. What is the market like where these properties are now?

I would want to have a charge controller in there also for protection. Those cheap units do not have that.

You need to lock the vertical arm that holds the plastic shoe in place. Also start the shoe so that it is set to push the bead down. Then spin the tire clockwise to lock it in place.

Here 811 also notifies the local municipality to see what you are doing in case a permit is needed etc...
