My boss has one of them on a fold up roller type stand.. That thing is monstrous in size compared to my Dewalt 12".. I will check what its mounted to but swear it was the larger Ridged stand.
My Package has arrived!
Thank You Travisnd
I received
3 Hard handled Olympia screwdrivers
3 different styles of Virginia Made Peanuts (I was born in Mannassas)
A hand made wooden bowl that his dad made
Magnetic parts holder (Love these things)
A nice selection of SK sockets
A cool tin sign...
This.. I use sawdust or what ever is on hand to soak up the bulk then I use simple green and a stiff plastic brush and my floor still looks stain free.
And I have managed to spill oil and other stuff plenty of times.
A good corded circular saw and a straight edge will do a LOT if your on a limited budget.
And for starting out that would be the best bang for your buck in ability to get stuff done. I would start with a corded one mainly because its crazy annoying when your battery dies in the middle of a cut...
Their compression tester works but you would be better suited to get a leak down tester.. It gives you a lot more info.. There are some pretty easy plans online to make one if you don't mind a simple project.
Have you tried the oil trick as posted by a few members now?
A leak down test would be very useful as also posted by other members.
From the sounds of it you only had a compression test. Just because the valves
appear to be good, does not mean they are.
Start there and get back with the info...
