I messed up the drawer slides on a cobalt tool box I basically dropped trying to load it onto a truck, loaded. (The toolbox, not me). I went to the big box store and got drawer slides-nice ball bearing kind. Back home, removed the damaged **** and riveted the new ones in place. Smoothest drawer...

I'm voting to grade it to fix it. Give the water a way to go where it wants to go, within reason. The high spot (blue lines) needs to be pulled back and spread where its needed. The "low spot" (puddle) needs to be higher than the rest of it. Really, a slope away from the building is the shizzle...

I suggest calling Public Works, and see if someone can meet you there. Explain what you want/need. If Public Works or Road Dept. can't help they should be able to refer you to Storm water Management, or Environmental Management. You may have to be a squeakier wheel than you'd like to get what...
