No I never got around to it, I figure it was lesson learned, and it wasn't a huge investment. I ended up with a stant style from Mac, plus it works with the same adaptors as my vacuum filler

    IR118MAX / CP7150 / SX243 / 5200-A-T Air Hammers

The blue point gun is great, it is as strong as the snap on, but doesn't have the newer vibration dampening and it's affordable, if you have a snap on dealer you can probably get a new one for 180 ish I was recently going to purchase a smaller all purpose air hammer(my high one is an atlas...

Anybody know how to use the FORD IDS & VCM for reprogramming modules?

You can start a session with the old bcm in, then swapp the modules. Them go to module programming and program the bcm with as built data.

    Help me find a socket

I'd hate to pay 44 USD per socket plus inflated shipping to Canada. I bought the ones I have off the truck for 25-30 CAD, but I get really nervous evertime I think I lost one, was thinking of ordering a spare.

Thanks for the advise, I tried a bit of silicone lube on the seal, after that ddint work I would it. Helped a bit, but not enough. Took 5min if pumping and couldn't get more then 10 psi had to borrow a stant tester from another tech. I may have to call it lesson learned and buy a...

Hi. I recently bout a 7859 cooling system pressure tester. And I like everything about it except for mabey the most important part. I have trouble building pressure with the pump, I find that only a small portion of the stroke builds any pressure, and that there is a little bit of play...

Ex Me as well, except mine was a 10mm, and got beat on excessively. The wrench bent very slightly but still functions great 3years later I thought about exchanging it, but I really abused that wrench, and it is obviously up to the task, so why get rid of it

Pro techs: Have you used a 19.5mm lug nut removal socket?

I work at a ford dealer and use it all the time. It works great, but if the lug nut is swollen really bad I might need to use a 20mm. It doesn't remove all the frustration, and will sometimes stick on the lug nut still, but 80% of the time it works great. I wish I could have found a...
