Water Seepage From Concrete Floor Joints

I have been fighting a similar issue in my garage. I installed a gutter (wasn't one of that side of the house, I never noticed :(), used Sika flex on the wall/sidewalk seam outside, and did some stuff to the grades near where I was seeing water. So far so good.

    Can my floor be saved?

Alright, found a company to do the epoxy and the grinding but I have to fix the low spots by the door. I bought a diamond wheel for my grinder and dust shroud, and some skim type filler from Legacy to give it a shot. I don't expect it to look perfect afterwards but it should be good enough for...

    Can my floor be saved?

In the pictures, all of the tile has been removed and what you're looking at is the concrete that was underneath. What's left are the patches of concrete that are slightly higher and still coated in epoxy. I don't believe there's any tile underneath those sections since the guys were just...

    Can my floor be saved?

Hey guys, little bit of history with my garage floor to start off. We moved in a couple years back and it appeared we had a nice epoxy coating on the floor. Fast forward a year or two and I noticed that it was cracking into 9x9 inch squares, so I realize the PO put epoxy over tile before he sold...

    Leveling floor with existing epoxy?

This is what makes me want to do RaceDeck tiles instead of redoing the whole surface. :(

    Leveling floor with existing epoxy?

Sorry for the giant pictures, looks like this forum doesn't use TIMG to rescale pictures from imgur. You can see the checkerboard cracking (not sure what this is from, the squares too too small to be from tiles over top I think, so it's something underneath) and the cracked out portions from the...

    Leveling floor with existing epoxy?

Took a couple pictures yesterday to show the damage I was trying to describe. Not showing where the floor isn't level, it's hard to notice but it's right by the door so you can see a bit of a gap when the door is closed on one side. Yep, wife's car is leaking oil. Edit: Pics removed since they...

    Leveling floor with existing epoxy?

Not what I wanted to hear but it's what I expected. Removing epoxy doesn't look trivial, unfortunately. What's the material you speak of?

    Leveling floor with existing epoxy?

Hi, when I bought my house and didn't notice that there's a spot near the entrance that's a little low, so water pools there and can run into the garage from the driveway when snow piles up. Currently there's an epoxy coat on it which likely wasn't done right in the prep stages or the slab isn't...
