Newbie (to this forum anyway) but have had my own 4 car garage since we remodeled our house years ago so can appreciate what I'm seeing here ... I've been looking at some alternatives outside of Chicago, it's closer to $108 to about $120 sq ft out here but you also need to see what it includes...
