The out building is finally 99% finished!!! Now I just need to organized all the "stuff" in want to cram into it.:willy_nil
It is 22' wide by 44' long ( we had a 1000 sq/ft restriction so these were the best dimensions I could come up with for my use). I have 2" 250 pink poly with taped seams...
Well, the heat is in and works great... (The pic is before I installed the condensate drain & pressure overflow pipe.) Have t-stat set at 63 deg. and that seems to be t-shirt temp. This thing is sooo silent! I only hear a click when the call for heat is hit, I hear the Takagi kick in, then just...
I am currently heating my building with one of these little 120v oil heaters!!! It keeps it 65 deg. in side and has been costing $60/month. I think I got the insulation part right.:)

Probably still a little too confused... I thought I was basing my system on these two designs. (See pics 1 & 2) Are these systems plumbed wrong?
On a second note if I was to run a Primary/Secondary with the "purge T", do you run it with the "T" closed (see pic 3) or open (see Pic 4). If open...
ok, so heater, then water make up, then air separate, then pump to supply manifold through pex loops, back to return manifolds, then back to heater?
eliminate the Purge "T" and the pump before the heater.
Where should I put the LWCO?
Thanks!!!:)
Yes, A DIY... new to hydronic...not sure on the outdoor reset. still checking.
Pump on secondary loop.... Have seen them with and without, but it seems like I might only need one pump?
