    The repurposing thread

The sawzall has a spark inside when it is running. The spark mixed with the vapor rising up out of the fuel filler hole could ignite and cause an...

    Driveshaft friction welding

Don't use DOM for making a shaft with, it turns expensive when trying to get it balanced later on. There is actual tubing available for making the shaft from, most suppliers call it Spicer tube.

Welding air cylinder - must be crazy, right?

Just bevel it out a bit with a twist drill and blast it with the mig. Don't get carried away, could be thin around the hole too.

    Welding / cutting table

Very well planned and nicely executed. I am going to take your glove hanger idea for my shop rather than pinning them to my sleeves.

    CEMENT WALL ANCHORS slight prob.

A can of electronic equipment duster works good to blow the concrete dust out of the holes if you don't have an air compressor available. Makes a big difference in fastener performance.

    spraying latex paint

A lot of ppl who spray latex will still run over it with a roller to add texture. I did mine with a 3/8 nap roller after spraying it with an airless and it helped considerably.
