When welding bank vault & safe parts out of stainless our welders would use scrap pieces of granite stone that we kept in the freezer as a heat sink. :thumbup:

Can you share some pictures of the tool that you use to put the tapcons up around the outside? Also I may have missed it but were the size tapcons you used?

Water pump on the wife's trailblazer started leaking. I needed to get the clutch type fan off. It would be near impossible without the tool and I didn't feel like driving to the auto parts store.
