    Running with scissors

I've been an upholsterer for 38 years and I only use one brand.. I have only bought 4 pairs in this time and I still own and use 3 if them.. Mundial shears currently have a pair of 8" and two pairs of 10".. they are a bit pricey but they last a very long time even in constant use..

Found an Old Unique Pliers/Wrench CS Osborne & Co. any info what this tool is for?

I'm an upholsterer by trade and C.S.Osbourne tools are the best upholstery tools you can get.. that is if you get old ones.. My ripping chisel for banging out tacks and staples I bought 38 years ago and still has a sharp edge. I got a newer one with a plastic handle, it was in the trash within a...

the Tank cutter (or gasket cutter as you call it) is in it's stored position.. undo the screw and then slide the top blade in from the other side to use it.. So they are on opposite sides.. I have a couple stored this way with a cork pushed on to keep the blade sharp and safe. I actually used...

My Uncle used to build / rebuild Indian and Harley motorcycles in an 8 by 6 shed.. He could only work on one end at a time due to the other end being stuck out through the door in all weathers..lol.. Good luck to you and enjoy your new space..

Nothing.... My wife asked me to help change the covers on the bed... I leaned forward an inch and my back went.. should stick to heavy stuff that never ever hurts.. just light stuff you don't get ready to lift messes me up. I need to start treating pillows like 100lb pieces of furniture then...

Covering transition from wall to floor by open staircase

Making a trim this sort of shape would mean the sheetrock wouldn't have to be so tidy at the top as the trim would hide it..
