Thanks for the feedback! Maybe I'll get the bulbs fit and see what kind of light they make before I change out the diffusers.

I'm retrofitting ten 2x4 troffer lights in my woodworking shop with LED bulbs. No more ballasts! Yippee! The troffers have frosted prismatic plastic diffusers, but I'm thinking since the LED's have more intense light, a more diffuse panel would make a more pleasant light, less harsh. More like a...

Thanks for the lumen count. That helps. But I need to know how many boxes to have the electrician put in the cieling, but I guess I could just put one box at the head of the line and run conduit between fixtures. What's the best way to do that?
