I'm going to be prepping my floor this weekend and applying some type of epoxy (undecided at the moment) next weekend. This is a 300 square foot single car detached garage. The slab is decades old with alot of paint, oil, and other stains on it so I'm going to be renting the Home Depot machine...

First post here on Garage Journal. I bought a house over the summer with a 1 car detached garage with a bonus room/sunroom on one side. The garage will be automotive focused. Not sure yet what I will do with the room off the side.
