I am trying to find a good home for this box. The lower is a Steelcraft and the upper is a Craftsman. Both in good shape with no dents, etc. I got them a few years ago with the intention of restoring them but never got to it. I like the patina but no room anymore. What should I ask?
The principal of conformity and substitution.
Properties realize their maximum market value when they conform to neighborhood expectations and any added value is a measure of what a typical buyer is most likely to pay for that feature versus a home that doesn't have it.
A few generations of Italian style getting some love - a '61 Lambretta LI 125 Series 2 and a '98 Italjet Dragster. I have eight more Italian scooters in the attic waiting restoration.
I have a bucket full of mixed used nuts and bolts that I need to sort and organize. How the heck can I sort between metric and SAE? Some of this stuff is automotive that goes back to the 50s so it isn't marked.
I also worked on the 1998 Italjet Dragster I just picked up a few weeks ago. Damn this thing is fun! I have owned classic Vespa and Lambretta scooters for 35 years but this is the first automatic scooter I have ever ridden. It has less than 2,000 original miles on it.
Busy weekend. I am getting new Clopay Coachman garage doors and openers installed tomorrow so I got my 1950 F1 pickup running and out of the garage then moved everything to the back of the garage to make room for the installers to work. I am also having a new 12 x 10 Tuff Shed TB700 delivered...
I have always wanted a Cezeta. I have owned a Rabbit and a few other less common scooters but I am a Lambretta and Vespa guy myself. I have about seven or eight in various stages of restoration right now.
