Do you guys recommend the WEN drill presses for a low budget machine? I only need it for light to medium use and I don't think I will be working with anything over 3mm-4mm. I was looking at the WEN drill press reviews over on toolinspector.com and the 4208 for around $90 looks a good drill press.

What is the distance from the house to the Gazebo? Like already stated the actual laying of the cable will be the most expensive part.

You can see by the age of some the pictures of Craftsman block grinders that they are some of the toughest grinders you can get. They look vintage some of them I really like that.

What do you need it for is an important point to consider. There are different grades of drill presses and you could easily be going over the top with an industrial grade drill press or the other way and underpowered with a DIY grade one.

Got to have a good cordless drill and driver, set of spanners, Jack, a workbench with a vice is handy. Set of screwdrivers and a hammer. I think that is the basics but is hard to answer with the little info you have given.
