I have delt with IR on a couple of occasions for warranty service and also for replacement parts. After my dealing with them they are on the TOP of my list when it comes to customer service. just my .02 PS. that nut is suppost to swivel like Marlin said.

go price a set of wrenches...say from 1 5/16-2" or up to 2 1/2. And crescents just dont cut it in my field (Heavy Equiptment) so I bought the armstrong set up to 2". Lee

Well, I bought a brand new sealed set of snap on flank drive plus wrenches a few weeks ago (#SOEX711) and the 3/8" wrench was bent right out of the box. Obviously it wasnt from abuse. The snap-on guy did replace it too though.... Lee
