Contemplating embarking on something similar. Can you tell me about the drawer slides? I am trying to find ones that have a smooth action and won't rack side to side on wide deep drawers like the ones you made.

Too high for the cosmetic condition. And the cosmetic condition (to me) would have me concerned about the mechanical condition. I wouldn't go above 800 for that one.

I have had a Vega with the microadjust feature on my General 350 for about 25 years. I like it a lot

So the nest in my shop crapped out after a few months - looks like battery is bad. I spent hour or so today with nest support (and the person was pretty good). They are sending me a replacement. The one in my house has been flawless for years, but feeling like less of a fanboy right now....
