Any update here? I'm from northern (Wayne) NJ and looking to build 24X28. Maximum approved size is up to 700 sqft from my town so I have to stay below 700 sqft and 15 feet high. Any affordable and trustworthy contractor near by?

I'll definitely order Freeflow for next Spring. I also have 4 post lift but I don't have to cut out for the bottom of the post? I can just install floor then leave the lift on top of the tiles? I didn't bolt them down yet. I'm not 100% yet but I may consider bolt them down later.

What will cost to build something like yours?
