Plans are looking good. I just got done building a 37.5 x 40 x 14 metal garage in Bradenton, FL. I was close to $40k for the slab and building. Its been a long and tedious road, but I'm super happy wih the finished product. Good luck!

I have a local lift dealer near me I've been in discussion with. He deals in the high end brands and the Tuxedo brands. He is also recommending the Tuxedo equipment for my hobbyist use like the guy near you. He was also not aware of my budget before making his suggestion. I'm in Bradenton...
