I'm gonna pay some debt, fix the brakes on my car, and maybe buy a 4x rivet gun and screw knocker for work. But I'm chickening out on buying tools for work. My wife worked really hard to curb my spending and now i have a hard time buying something that costs more than $100 even if i have...
I've had a 14.4v dewalt drill for over 1.5 yrs and it's held up nicely except 1 of the batteries stopped holding a charge. I bought the craftsman 12v Nextec drill and after 3 months the motor would not go to high speed. Couldn't return it so i use it at home. So far I like Dewalt.
I myself have considered Craftsman pneumatic tools because they're cheap but i notcied they're made in china as well. As an aircraft mechanic, i need my tools to last. I'll buy HF or HD tools for house work.
