I checked all the voltages inside and out all ok. Using 14 gauge wire for cassette to ODU connections. I will try the check for shorts. Thanks for your time and suggestion

I found the dip switches in the IDU. They are all set the same unfortunately. At wits end with this LG manuals no help and supplier does not give technical fix advice.
