Tab and Slot / Certiflat Weld Table

I've got a 4'x8' Build Pro Max coming to my high school welding shop in the next couple of weeks! Which fixturing kit did you get? I'm looking at the 172 piece.

The plywood on the shelves is all screwed down and trimmed out. Now it's time to move on to another project. Jeremy

I finally took time today to work on my shelves so I can get some junk out of the floor. A few more screws, a little paint, some trim and they will be done. Jeremy

It's been a while since I've updated my thread. I managed to get my lean too closed in, a door installed between the sides, a garage door and lights installed. I haven't done anything with the 30x50 other than using it for storage. I finally caught a break and got to spend some time on...

Yep, they do the best quality work around here, show up when they say they will and they don't cause any drama. It's been almost s year and I'm still happy with the job they did. Jeremy

Buy a fire extinguisher for your garage!

The floor appeared to be flat plus there were lots of combustibles in there. A generator, pressure washer, multiple lawnmowers, propane tanks, lots of cleaners and solvents.

We were careful, the tin was holding way more weight than you would think, it wouldn't come down even after pulling out what was left of the trusses.

After the fire he stuffed everything he could in the truck to get rid of it. The fenders are torched off because that picture was taken behind the shop at my school and were cutting it up and stuffing it in the scrap dumpster. Jeremy

Buy a fire extinguisher for your garage!

I helped one of my co-workers husbands clean up the aftermath of a garage fire this weekend. He was working on a leaking throttle body on his freshly rebuilt chevy 4x4, when he noticed a fire on the plastic he had under his truck to protect his floor, he tried to pull it out but discovered it...

Well Saturday was a cluster F--- and we only managed to work for 45 minutes before we blew a hose. So early Sunday morning we replaced the hose and got back after it. 100 tons of gravel later it's full and level. Hopefully I'll get enough side work to afford concrete this summer. It's...

After a few days off for Christmas they came back and finished up. Today we stuffed 40 tons of dense grade gravel in it compacting it as we went. Unfortunately I still need about that much more and the quarry was closed until Monday. So I'll be doing gravel again next weekend. Jeremy

    Cost of tree removal

I had a similar sized maple taken down a couple of years ago. The first guy that came by was a certified arborist, I couldn't get him to understand I wanted it dropped anyway he could and I would clean up the mess. He came in at $1,850 grinding up the stump and limbs, which I did not want him...

Well today was supposed to be the day, all the materials and the tractor showed up about the time it started raining. The crew headed home shortly after that, hopefully they will get some good weather in the next week so they can get it built. Jeremy
