Garage Doors Anyone have any experience with the Clopay garage doors sold through Home Depot? I am getting three of the doors below.

There are many items I need to nail down: Subpanel amperage, floor coating, lighting, cabinets, plumbing, garage door openers, etc... Keep posted, because I will have lots of questions.

Footings, stem walls, grade beams and slab (oh my!)...You'll see the existing garage with tyvec. It was converted into a living space.

Ok. I started playing around with the following online software: http://www.visual-3d.com/tools/interior/ This is what I came up with for the Lithonia LBL4. It didn't allow me to put in area for stairs or work bench. What do you guys think? Is an average illumination of 74fc ok?
