It is similar to the item in my Heyco 1/4” set from the 70’s. Mine has a piece that pushes through and you flip to change direction. Was looking for a vintage 10mm that I lost. This is permanent it appears, not sure if it is oem or modified.

It appears to be a push through ratchet like in my set of Heyco from the 70’s. But, the slider is permantly fixed. Mine pushes and you flip it for direction. Sorry, just joined and this popped up. Was searching for a vintage Heyco socket to replace the one I lost by a shifter in a car...
