I sprayed my GTO frame in Chassis Saver and warned everyone about it as well. Great stuff but my gloves ripped and my hands were black for 2 weeks haha. Their website says "only time will remove it".
Hahahahaha my wife compiled the video but it would’ve taken days to edit out all the night shots so we chose to just keep it in there.
I agree though. It’s tough to watch. Just squint a little and it helps lol.
Our neighbors decided they didn’t want anyone building between them and my parents (on a 2 acre lot owned by my parents before they moved in) and hired a lawyer to drag out the process for 2 years. So patience is an understatement haha
Since I made the first post I actually left my old job as a mechanical engineer and took a job as GM of a custom fab shop so I build anything/everything that comes through the door. At home most of what I do is car-related. My work is only 1 mile from my house so the plasma table probably wont...
Not fully fenced. Only fenced on one side because my parents live on the other side. Plan is to put one big invisible fence in between our yards for dogs to enjoy.
Thanks! My Dad and I did a lot of the work ourselves. Had my contractor handle the framing and exterior work but we wired the...
Bringing this thing back from the dead. We finally got our house built and the garage will be going in starting late winter/early spring. I'll likely change title of this thread to follow the layout/size slightly as well as some of the toys inside, but more on that later. In the meantime...
Very cool story as I love a good business tale especially having to do with metal as I am general manager of a family owned fab shop.
I'm in to see how this pans out.
I'm pretty sure I was there actually haha. I drive a 1 ton lime green yj. I think we were there helping to spot your group. Might be confusing you with someone else though
Looks awesome. Great inspiration for my upcoming build. How hard was the radiant heat and have you gotten to use it yet?
The truck looks great by the way. I think I've seen you up a Rausch Creek before.
Looks quite capable. I'm running a similar setup. TBI converted 350 and D60/14B. 4 link rear with 14" remote resi fox coilovers and 7-leaf waggy springs up front. Jeep YJ frame though. Still deciding between and atlas or a 203/205 doubler though haha
Looking good!
I'm a young buck like yourself building something similar only a few minutes up the road from you in Mechanicsburg/Carlisle. Great inspiration here for sure.
Can't wait to see the projects you have planned.
