Im in Suffolk, getting ready to build my 22 x 26. Wish you could do it yourself, you could save so much. My friend in Chesapeake is nearly done with his 24x36 and it cost him $13,000 for everything.

PS - Shed has work bench inside, multiple outlets and lights and storage and equipment hanging fixtures inside.

Thanks Patten - Its in good condition, and it is on skids (it was delivered here to previous owner) the previous owner just tacked some boards around the bottom he said to keep his little dog from wanting to go underneath. Ill list it for $700 for hagglers nab 600 for it and get to work...
