I don't think you can go wrong with Carhartt. I've got one for work and it's great. Large hood fits over a hardhat and keeps rain, snow, hail and wind off my neck like a champ. A little bulky but nothing unbearable.

I've got this GearWrench ratcheting set too. Great set to keep in the truck. Used it many times and I've been happy about the purchase every time.
